I am Jay Gerber, a small business owner born and raised in Sandusky, Michigan, and currently resides and works in Wasilla, Alaska. I am the Owner and Founder of Reliable Forms & More LLC. I am a doer who will do what needs to be done to accomplish the task and not only meet but exceed expectations.

I spent the first half of my young adult years building my career in the United States military before transitioning to data collection, documentation creation, and form editing. I am the Owner and Founder of Reliable Forms & More LLC.

The most rewarding part of what I do is allowing business owners and staff to be more efficient by automating daily and tedious tasks. In doing so, we will enable them to regain valuable time and money and show the companies that there is a better, secure, and, more importantly, private way to collect data from any form, anywhere, anytime, for any reason or occasion, hands down.

As a patriot, I learned that time is priceless and that tomorrow is never promised. So today, I enjoy spending time outside in the beautiful Alaskan nature and being with some of my close friends, hanging out, playing board games, or just listening to music. We all can use a little more time for what we love.
