Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for services sold on our Site for any reason:
- Within the first 12 hours and submitted through the Refund Request form found in the support section of Contact Us
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
- Any additional products outside of the subscription packages; or
- Individually Customized products or services
Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows and Refund requests must be made within 48 hours after receipt of your goods on a Refund Request form:
- The services will receive a full refund if cancelled not more than 48 hours after services are intended to be or have been rendered.
- A partial refund if cancelled between 3 days and 7 days before services are rendered.
- No refund will be given if less than a 48-hour notice before the scheduled payment renewal for services has been provided in writing as outlined below in returns.
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:
- Membership and accounts will be solely your responsible for your account and the security
and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that
account along with any purchases within;
- Membership, account, and sign-up fees are non-refundable administrative fees; and
- All purchases made through your account or membership area will have a Zero Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you
violate these Terms and Conditions.
Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
